I am flying with Ryanair next month. I bought the ticket in advance and now i want to add a checked baggage to my booking but I am forced to pay an additional 40 euros just to bring a suitcase. I am utterly shocked and appalled that
Ryanair is asking me to pay 40 euros for my suitcase which is utterly disgraceful and very expensive. Its basically the equivalent of buying a new airline ticket.
BRING BACK MONARCH AIRLINES. THEY WERE GREAT.

Usual Ryanair policy.

They now restrict cabin luggage to just 1 item too...

That said, with all their faults, who else can get you to Spain and back for 29 euro..I fly next week😀

Totally agree with Anna, 2 return tickets from Denmark tomorrow, for less than €100. Costs more for the bus to our local airport.

Fit everything into a cabin size case and a rucksack, it's free then

Check their new cabin luggage policy.

It was deferred last year and comes into force next week.

Please be aware.

Thank you but i am talking about the  extra price of the luggage.   Not the ticket    it would cost me much more than 60 euros one way with Ryanair.    Of course it depends which airport.    So it is not always cheap. Other airlines charge between 20 and 30 euros for luggage.  THank you

But can still take a free cabin size bag , I've gone away for 10 days with this and a rucksack , it's just the cabin size case is now to go in the hold , (but still free) just a rucksack/handbag to go on with you

Typical Ryanair discussion. If you thinks it's too expensive, why don't you fly with another company? Are there no other companies that are cheaper with their total price? If so, why not fly with them? ☺️

Where are you people getting cheap flights from, it has just cost me over 300 euros for next month, we flying from Newcastle to Alicante with jet2, Ryanair was more, are there any sites to look out for to get cheaper flights?
