Hi, we have seen great houses in Gran Alacant and Villa Martin up to 180.000 euros, which we will look in the first week of November.
We have been to Torrevieja many times but not to Gran Alacant or Villa Martin. Does somebody have tips, advantages or disadvantages. Thank you

Gran Alacant appears to be closer to the sea. It’s also closer to an airport which has over 5,000 flights a month, so I would expect a fair amount of noise.
Vila martin is excellent if you want to live in a mainly British occupied, English speaking area, where full English and Sunday roast are easily available.

Villamartin is a hilly area with very little transport links.

We live at the back of the Villamartin Plaza and there is a bus that runs to the La Zenua Boulevard shopping centre if you go out to the main road.

My sister lives on Villamartin and I have been many times, so....
Villamartin is a sprawling housing estate mainly built on hilly grounds. There are no bus services that run through the estate and you would need to walk to the main through road. No buses to the local shops. You will definitely need a car.
There are a few entertainment venues but you will need to walk to most unless you live close to the Plaza. The Plaza is excellent for bars and restaurants.
