Good morning

I was considering coming to torreveja in the next couple of weeks however the floods have put me off, will it be worth coming or is there still a lot of work to clear up still going on.

Best Regards

Stuart Merriman

Hi

I think you should book to go somewhere else for now. Even if the weather is good there is so much work to do to get things back to normal again.

Regards

Torreviega itself is live and kicking. Only the beach is untidy.   Inland, sadly, is another story.

we own an apartment in Torrevieja (4th floor) so not concerned about flood damage to apartment. but were planning on coming over in Mid October. Just wondering if there will be other problems i.e- electric drains shops etc

No problems in Torreviega (apart from beaches missing sand).  The flooding , power and water cuts are inland.
