How to legalise a motor scooter

Hi , does anyone know how to legalise a motor scooter left by previous owners of our house . The scooter was just left , so as we understand it , it's now ours . The problem is that there's no paperwork , so we don't know where to go from here . Can anyone help . Jintymcginty51

no papers means it is scrap sell it for spares

I suggest you ask the expert how much it would cost, and weight that up against the value of the scooter:
