Does anyone know the process for changing address on a TIE card? Does it need a new EX-23 application or can it be done some other way? It doesn't appear to be one of the tramites allowed under the "Renovaciones, Prórrogas y Modificaciones" appointment category. Maybe it's done under the "Tramite para la documentacion..." categories with an EX-20 (Brit) or EX-21 (3rd country relative of Brit) form?

I suppose one alternative is wait until our 5 years are up and change the address when upgrading to permanent residency.....

Yes wait until you renew after 5 years though you'll still need to change your details at the padron office.  Jim

Changing address can be done with an EX-23 (and another 12 euro fee). Waiting time for the replacement card was quoted today at 7 weeks.

Once completed thew EX-23 what's the tramite when booking the appointment to change ?

Or can it all be done on line

AvelonaStar - did you ever find out the answer to this question? We're in a similar position now - cannot find a way to make an appointment online but at the police station told to make an appointment online. Going round in circles!
