TGSS is Tesorería General De La Seguridad Social.

Their Torrevieja office is on C/ Urbano Arregui, 8.

As an aside, if you pay income tax, there is a maternity tax allowance for birth of a child in Spain and, I think, an allowance for care of the child by authorised nurseries.
