shore fishing in torrevieja

Hi I will be in torrevieja for 6 weeks in the summer. Do I need a licence for shore fishing and if so, can this be bought online prior to travelling. Thanks in advance.

Hi Jim!
I’m staying in Los Altos in August and wondered if you knew any one who might offer fishing trips to beginners? Even just some casual tuition. My boys are 8 and 10 and very playful! Even just some pointers of where to start on a shore rather than a boat. If you know anyone who might who offer this please let us know!
