Banco Sabadell sms messages don't reach my phone. I have contacted my provider (Vodafone) and they say everything is in order my end. This has been going on for over 2 years now with no resolution. Is anybody else having this problem? I live in Dublin.
Have your set your app up correctly.
1 open the app and log in
2 press the three bars on the top left
3 press your messages
4 press the small cog on the top right
5 make sure push messages are activated.

Hi Kenneth, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I can't access my online account in any forum as I need the sms codes sent by Sabadell to reset my password. i haven't received any texts they sent for over 2 years now.

Have you tried calling Sabadell's helpline number? They sorted out my teething problems with their app in just a few minutes. It can still be a frustrating process trying to make transfers with multi-level authentication processes, but no worse than my UK bank now that I'm used to it.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I have phoned their helpline a number of times (from Dublin!). To no avail. For some reason their texts aren't reaching my phone. I have been onto Vodafone and they say the problem is with Sabadell.

Do you have a Spanish number? I had problems with Bankia and Sabadell authentication texts until I switched to a Spanish number.

No I don't, and I think this is where the problem lies. The thing is they are catering for overseas 'distance' banking. Why the heck don't they get their house in order to be able to contact them? I'm not the only one who has had this problem. I'm going to have to leave it and the next time I'm in Spain I will visit my branch. Thank you.

I had this problem with Three, but solved it by switching to O2. Get all SMS messages since changing.
