Hi
Can someone help me, on my bank statement there was a charge with the title, DILIGENCE OF EMBARGO
Can anyone tell me what this means or what its about any help would be appreciated.

You'd have to ask your bank, but it sounds like they're levying a charge for actioning an embargo that has been placed on the account. The only times I've heard of accounts being embargoed has been when Agencia Tributaria have suspected that tax due hasn't been paid.

I had 66 euros taken from my account by the Tributaria, I paid thinking that I had underpaid tax for a house I previously owned. Then the following year they deducted 6 euros and still had not informed me the reason why. This year they embargoed my account and wanted 6 euros. I wrote to them and asked why they were taking money for a house which I sold 13 years ago and which had been sold twice more.
I told them that if they did not explain the deductions I would denounce them for breach of my human rights. That was 6 months ago, they haven´t taken the money...…
