Hi good people I will make a Spanish will next time i am in torrevieja.
About how much do they charge for this service and can you go to an office or do on line in these covid days

I am not up to date on whether you can do this online now but you do have to show up at some point as you have to sign everything & accompany your solicitor to the notaries office to legalise your documents. I made mine years ago & I think I paid about €200 at the time.
One thing I did learn, a few years later, I wanted to make an amendment (addition) to my will -( in England it is a codicil) but that does not exist in Spain so I had to make a new will & pay again.
Hopefully, someone may have some more current info. for you

Hi Garry,
When my husband and I first moved here, we were stung for Eu 300 each when our Spanish lawyer made our Wills. Much cheaper to go direct to a Notary to do this - although about 30 minutes drive from you, when we needed to change our Wills last year, we used José at a cost of Eu 60 each:

€45 we paid at the notary offices at La Zenia.
