Is anyone able to point me in the right direction to find the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate for AGAMED (Aguas del Arco Mediterráneo S.A)?  Im not having any luck locating it so far! :-)

Fingers crossed and look forward to hearing from you

If you register online with AGAMED, you can then go to the following and follow the prompts to set up a direct debit:

https://www.agamed.es/en/bill-payment

However, I've not seen anything in the Brexit reports about SEPA. If you pay from a Spanish or other EU bank account then I can't envisage a problem, but if you pay from a UK account at present, then that may not be possible post-Brexit.

Hi Jim

When i go to the section to update bank details and it states

'Your request will be provisional until you send us the SEPA direct debit mandate. When completing the operation you will be able to download the document, sign it and send it using Contact us .
For more information visit http://www.sepaesp.es'I have input my bank details, which seem to have been accepted then.  Then a link to 'download sepa' is offered, but it doesnt work for me.In fact, unfortunately none of the links on the website seem to want to work for me properly, including the link from the page you have included (Pay your bills by Direct Debit).  Might be my computer .. but seems to be working ok otherwise.

Louise, I don't know. All the links I tried worked fine, but I obviously couldn't register and follow through as I'm with a different water company.

All I can suggest is that you try a different web browser, or even a different computer.

Hopefully someone else who gets their water from AGAMED will chip in.
