SUMA PAYMENTS AND CSV DOCUMENT
Good afternoon
I am in the process of trying to change my direct debit for the Suma payments.I noticed the Suma website advises that we need to put in the csv code when altering the bank account details .I don't appear to have the csv code as I only have previously paid bills as my disposal.
The question is will an old code of a previously paid bill be sufficient to get me into the system and allow me to change account details?
I seem to remember the Suma requesting an up to date bill which hasn't been paid yet.Does anyone know if it's possible to gain access to the Suma site without the code. Be grateful for any advice on this matter.
