'Extraordinary bonuses', but without knowing more about your employment, it's impossible to say whay this additional money is for. Do you have any idea?

Hi,

This might be of help. When you're on the page just use your translate button.

personio.es/glosario/gratificaciones-extraordinarias/

Some employers say this is for tips received,  also a good idea to ask your employer what it is as they should know.

Are you happy with your job and what you get out of it? Unemployent is high and wages are low. Others are waiting. Sad but true.

I would think it is for gratuities received, possibly from a shared jar if your establishment uses this system of collecting tips.

Can’t see it being for tips solely generated by yourself though, unless your rude and aggressive nature displayed on here suddenly disappears when you step into the money making hospitality sector !!
