Anyone had dealings with IPTV company?

Anyone had dealings with IPTV company called Smart IPTV Hosting? I'm having considerable difficulty with a particular issue and wold like to hear from any of their customers!
I wouldn't hold out much hope of getting anything in the way of customer service from any of these companies, as they are providing an illegal service to begin with.
Thank you Andrew, as an update....you'd be surprised what an excellent level of suddenly polite customer service you can get when you advise a company of the relevant Spanish and EU consumer legislation, the right of the customer to use the hoja de reclamaciones, a denuncia, reporting to Hacienda de España, HRMC in the UK, the trading standards office in Spain and the UK and finally...the determination to go to the small claims court in Spain!
