Hi everyone.
I'm with TV Horadada /teleast
And I'm totally fed up with the top package of fibre optic freezing when it rains or when your watching a film.. You cannot call then as customer service just hang up after listening to music. When you visit shop the advisers are not interested..
Please advise of better option abd idea of monthly cost please.

We have just left TVhoradada/Telecast after a year and a half of terrible TV and internet service (wanted to leave earlier but stupidly got roped into an 18month contract with penalties for leaving early!). As you say their customer service is non existent at best. To anyone reading this DO NOT use them!! Just look on their Google site to confirm. We're now with Only Fibra in La Siesta who are cheaper and better. Excellent customer service so far.
