Hi good people. I have been combing sites looking for short term wifi contracts. Does any firm have an email address I can use to get in touch with them? I'm currently in Ireland and all I can see, on the websites I've visited, are contact phone numbers. I did fill out an online form with Connect Fibra but no one got back to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

We can recommend DVBlab Torrevieja who we joined after leaving Connect fibra. They have a contact form on their webpage and are usually quick to respond. Always found them helpful and polite with a good internet and TV service.

You can take a switch on,switch on contracts with any of the companies. You pay an upfront charge and after that you pay per month BUT BE WARNED, you’ll get a Calander month only. In other words, if you arrive on the 20th of one month and depart on the 4th of the next month, you’ll be charged for 2 months. No way around it. You’ll need to book your flights accordingly.

My advice.  Speak with a neighbour who has WiFi. Ask if you could piggyback off it and offer to pay every time you come over. We did this for a few years and always paid €10 regardless of how long or short our stay was.

OR

Speak to a broadband supplier at home and ask their advice. You may be able to use a dongle or a SIM card. If you are planning to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime, you may want to be sure you can do this effortlessly.

With dvblab for a few years now. No problems at all.  The information above does not apply to them.  If you arrive say on the 10th July and pay for the month it takes you to the 9th August.

I pay €24.99 monthly and because of the dates we arrive and depart, they’ve been paid for every single month since last September.

How can I contact your firm?  That’s a much better arrangement and cheaper too.
