Digi Sim outside Spain?

I used Digi Sim 3 months in Spain and it was OK. It was not possible to get the wifi home, despite that they installed it next street.
I bought extra GB and it really helped. Except that you can not roll over more than to next month. 1 month also.
The shop at Caballero de Rodas assured me that I can use the sim outside Spain. But it is not correct.
I wrote to the company, but they are just referring to the home page.
Anyone with same experience? Or different?
