Hi is anyone who is with Avetel and not getting any TV signal as past 6 days, we're not and they say it's because of storm, although it hasn't been great all summer, wifi very weak to

Hi Liam

We live in Pilar de la Horadada and our TV has been out for six days. Only showing a few Itv stations. About 7 channels in all. No BBC stations, Channel 4 and 5 etc. When we ring up it is excuse after excuse. We are going to try and claim compensation.

Spanish regulations entitel you to suspend payments until contarcted service is reestablished in full. To be on the safe side before doing so advise them in written.
