Yes that is correct I got them to speak slow told them to speak to me like I was 6 year old so that I could understand it clearly so there will be no mix up. I'm only using my place as a holiday home so I only will be there for two weeks at the most, on and off.. and weekends,and it's not contracted. €19 a month if you don't pay it's not on. I will confirm tomorrow when it's installed up and running singing and dancing.

That's exactly what I do. I use the house now and again - weekends, holidays, etc. Just ring them and pay the 39 euros (I think, TV & internet) and it's all up and running when I get there. Sometimes that even covers 2 visits. (Just around the corner btw on Torrealmendros)
