I have the new bus schedule but don’t see anything about Benidorm.  Is there a bus to Benidorm?  We are trying to get up to visit Guadalest (several of the tours leave out of Benidorm).  A taxi from Torrevieja was just too expensive.

McMaria, hi again,

A few Coach tours companies for Benidorm pick up at Torrevieja.

Google coach tours in south Costa blanca

One word of warning though is one trip last week on a David's Coach tours bus stopped at many many places on the way and the trip took a whopping 3 hrs , no toilet on board either. Not Good !  Check on journey duration before booking.

LeckyLes.

You could go from Torrevieja bus station to Alicante, then get the tram to Benidorm

The trip is on our wish list, so I can't give you more info yet, sorry.

As far as I know there are no direct bus services from T to Benidorm, you need to change at Alicante. The tram is a good choice for the scenerey but not for going off at Benidorm. Take the ALSA bus line and get off in Bendorm Centre (AV. de Europa), NOT at the bus station

Check major hotels where the "blanket trip" buses pick up passengers (usually around 8.00 am) - you get a full day excursion to Guadaest, Elche and including a boat ride in Alicante for nothing.

Hi mcmaria.. to Benidorm, Dave's coaches go, and another company, sorry you will have to Google.

Price around 15€ I would think, it was 11 from la zenia..

But as is said above, ask about the size of the coach, the more that will go, the more pick up and drop off points you will visit. And no toilets! We had the grandchildren with us, they were not in the best of moods after a three hour coach journey there and back. And a 70.. yes 70 seater coach when full, doesn't go too fast, or around corners well..

Hope this helps.

We have now been to Benidorm a few times and have found the airport buses from Torrevieja to the airport (7€) then from the airport to Benidorm Avda de Europa (just under 10€) works really well and can get you there within two hours.
