We’re is new consum ?
Thanks Heather
Hi, Masymas carry quite a few dairy free items by Alpro and Oatly of Sweden. As I am vegan I use Oatly, soy , cashew, etc. milks. I would say Oatly May be a better choice. But all of them are good. These are alternatives to lactose free.
If you are trying to ascertain if lactose free products are dairy free then the answer is no. All lactose free products contain dairy. The only reason they are called lactose free is due to the fact that the lactose in the dairy has been removed.
Where as dairy free means no dairy at all. In which case the milks above that I have mentioned are actually dairy free.
Hope this helps.

Sorry did I miss something I can’t see the milks you mentioned
Thanks
No problems Heather,
You can use any nut milks, soy milks rice and coconut milk and Oatly. I find Oatly to be the best. I generally have Oatly and soy with my cereals. Also use them in cooking and you also get the Oat cream and soy cream. You can also buy them flavored like chocolate and strawberry etc. not to mention the plant yogurts.
Hope it helps

Virtually all the supermarkets sell soya (soja) yoghurts. Quite acceptable and a variety of flavours.
You can get soya desserts in all supermarkets, and they are very nice
