I woke up this morning to my firestick showing my tv menu with all the channels. When I click into and chanel just get a blank screen. Have googled and done everything I was advised. Does anyone of your lovely people know what to do. I am not very technical, but think when I click on the tv with the orange star in the top right corner, it stares it's loading the portal, but then nothing. Thank you very much reading my problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated

I tried all of those. Nothing, mind you it could be me. Thank you for trying to help.

I'm not tech savy, sorry. Hopefully someone else will come to your rescue. Good luck.
It sounds like your stick has been corrupted in some way maybe by or virus or similar. Not much else you can do other than take the easiest way and dump that one and replace it with a new one.

Thank you, I thought that, but can get you tube OK. The menu is there showing all the tv stations,,and I can go in and see what's on for a week it just won't play tv. Think you are right, maybe a new stick. just need someone to load it. Something for another day

Is it a loaded fire stick with a TV service you pay extra for that get you all the channels and sports etc?

Hi was given it by someone who moved back to the UK. If came loaded with tv. And other things like YouTube.

What is the name of the App that you use to get the TV? Is it just 1 App or are you using other Apps?
