Need some tec help please.
Firestick updated the other day. Since then on C4 / Film 4 / More 4 subtitles have been appearing. Not on any other channels.
Have gone into firestick settings and shows subtitles as off.
Any advice how to turn off?

Didn't we have a long thread about subtitles a while back. Have you got a "dodgy app" on your Firestick for receiving your tv etc because it may be that the subtitles are turned on at source so you can't turn them off. I would not do a reset on your Firestick as you will lose any apps you have downloaded. The Firestick will revert to how it was the day you first opened the box.
