Help!! I need help connecting a pos receipt Xprinter to my Android Tablet. The ethernet printer is for ios network & android. It also has bluetooth.
when i use the driver on my laptop is tells me the printer is in Error state. What can i do? Advise is urgently needed.
I can not get the bluetooth recognised on my tablet.

Thanks for your reply! I have uploaded a pic of the self test slip. It definitely is ethernet. It came with its own small disc to install the manuals & Driver.
The only cable provided is for the mains electric.
I get so far with the instalation but when it Should be giving me the test print, my laptop windows, tells me the printer is in error state.
I need to know what to do to fix it?

No i have a driver to install on windows 10.
However, i do appreciate your help. But after i complained to the people i purchased it from, they tell me that they sent me the wrong printer & that this one is not Bluetooth, so i have to send it back.
Days of trying to work it out for nothing!
