SPTH is your SPanish Travel Health form, necessary for travel into Spain.  For travel to the U.K., you will need a locator form, which you find on the .gov.U.K. Website.

For the EU Covid certificate, you will find the link and explanation on this link

Well.  In Ireland this document with the clinics stamp has been accepted for me.  I translated the document and have the two together. Only once did some restaurant manager refuse it.  Then the poor guy cant help if he's thick.

The SpTH form is the form you need to complete to allow entrance to Spain

https://www.spth.gob.es/

To allow entrance to the U.K. you need to complete the U.K. government passenger locator form

https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk

You will need to show your EU covid certificate both directions. The form  is an A4 document and has three flags on the top right hand side and can be downloaded here

Are you travelling from Spain to London Gatwick?

Quite a significant difference with your form being accepted by restaurant managers and English Birder Control at the airport.

If you don’t have the right form completed you won’t be able to board your flight, so I suggest you do some proper research in what you will need to show. BTW you will also need to book a day 2 covid test, to be taken within 2 days after arriving in the UK, this needs to be booked before departing Spain, as it will have a reference number which needs to be detailed on the passenger locator form

Angie, you need to start a new thread to ask this question as no one will see it hidden amongst a  covid discussion.

I only spotted it because I’ve subscribed to the thread
