Is Today a "No Mask day for Foreigners" in Torrevieja? - Page 5

i'm beginning to get really annoyed by this think for yourself rubbish, all we have been asked is to wear a mask that's all, not jump off a bridge its not cutting of my civil liberties, I can still go and do everything i want, Go to the cinema, a bar everything i did before Covid, All we are being asked to do is help save another life, Even if it only saves one is that not a good thing?

I fully agree with you, I met a friend yesterday who I've not seen for a couple of months,  he was in a wheelchair having lost a leg due to Covid complications, the poor bloke (and his wife) is devastated.

These people who think it's just a flu variation should stop trying to belittle mask wearers and be more responsible!!

Why can’t mask wearers wear them correctly? See so many people using them as chin rests! Clearly see their nostrils. Also see mask wearers pulling down their masks to have a smoke! Ludicrous. 

I don't believe that this "plague" is as serious as some would have us believe, never have. At the same time I've never belittled those who want to wear a mask. 

I have to wear the thing by law and thus I do, the moment I don't have to wear it I remove it. 

It would seem that your views, for whatever reason, are different to mine. Your opinion is as valid as mine and anyone else's, just because you think that way doesn't make you right or wrong any more than I am. 

I don't want to catch the plague and take appropriate measures. I have done this for years having worked in a dirty environment. The result of me protecting myself in this way is that others also benefit, I don't rely on you to protect me I do it myself. 

Society is being conditioned. There is little room for reasoned opinion and debate, we are expected to be for or against anything and everything. Anyone who hasn't had an injection is immediately called an "anti-vaxxer", people who genuinely are at risk from the contents of the vaccine are coerced into wearing specially designed badges or lanyards to avoid the ire and disapproval of the vaccine bigots.  Whatever happened to live and let live? 

The biggest danger in all of this is that people are conditioned to accept, without question, Draconian and unproven restrictions on their liberty. Questioning of this or protesting against it is deemed heresy and public opinion steered against those who dare. 

The state has introduced powers that we couldn't have dreamed of but a few years ago and they're not in any hurry to give them up. 

Maybe i'm wrong in thinking over 5 million people dying from it is not serious, i could not care less whether you have the vaccine or not. Again i ask what are you being told you cant do, as far as i know you can go to the bars, go shopping, cinema, running whatever it maybe you want to do, this is all around a mask, its not to help me i am just fine but the way i see it if it saves one life what harm is it doing, its not taking away and of my rights

In answer to your question, the answer is "nothing" - at present. 

Likewise, I have no interest in whether you have chosen to be injected. Whether you have, or not, does not make you my friend or enemy.

They have not scared anybody, what they have done is made sure we are kept safe, 5 million odd people do not die for nothing, i listen and read to what is being told as a lot of brainy people know what they are talking about, you and me dont have a clue all we can do is read and watch, The main stream press are now saying we are coming to the end in the UK so what is wrong with that, Just because we do not want to go against the government does not mean we are wrong

Do you you wear a seat belt or a crash helmet on a mbike, Do you use your phone while driving, Do you have a license to drive your car and insurance. All I care about is you having valid insurance or at least not crashing into me. Do as you please seems to be the today thing! Magistrates and judges all over Europe (Spain seems to be an exception) are shit scared of reprisals if they dish out sensible sentences. The Mafia supports their convicted members families. The State in many EU countries does not support those in need with dignity or even pensioners. In Italy they are about to elect a new president. The Right has a pluri convicted candidate with ongoing trials, by sheer numbers he will probably win and the Spanish Right EU party is giving him vocal support too. If he is elected he will have immunity, control of all national TV +++ etc etc  Sorry about the rant but I guess if fun starts in Ukraine we will all be cold and very much out in the cold!!

17/01/2022 For all of Spain what are all the legal medical entry requirments for persons coming from East Flanders, Belgium to reside in Spain?  In the past it was just showing proof of a negative PCR test, wear a mask, stay indoors, keep a distance of 2 metres.
