Travelling from Ireland, is a locator form still required travelling into Spain?

I don't believe you need it if you have the correct vaccine certificates I travelled into alicante mid July with the locator form and went straight through the airport no queuing

Spain lifted all restrictions for travellers from within the EU on 1st June 2022.

It's not required anymore if you have your covid certificate.
They are doing random check for the covid certificate.
