Steve

Great positive post. Just what we needed. It's such a lovely day here in La Marina. Wore a Sun hat out when walking. Enjoy the rest of your week.

28 degrees in my conservatory in the sun. Pretending I'm at home in Spain. Acceleration of Spanish vaccination programme is good news for all of us who are living there or are desperate to get there 😄

28 degrees outside this afternoon  in El Campello. 26 around Torrevieja, but weather changing tomorrow 😥. Hopefully Spain will now get their finger out with the vaccine. Spain are working on a different approach though. Sticking to the 2 shots in close succession.

The last few weeks there have been numerous posts by people asking when they are going to get their jabs. This morning I've read a succession of posts on different threads where people are saying about having their first their dose, having the dates for the second dose, etc.  Though I have not seen the stats yet It does seem to me that the vaccination program is accelerating.

Great news for those in Spain and also for those waiting to visit Spain.

Aitch.

Thanks Wilbur, another lovely, feel-good post from you!

We had lunch on the terrace of our favourite local restaurant - only 21C with us, Steve, but forecast 28C tomorrow  :o)  If it cheers you up again, while I don't know where Hew's getting his info, an article in today's Telegraph lists the "potential" Green countries as The Caribbea...

...n, Iceland, Israel, Portugal and Spain - with Spain's case rate over the last 7 days of 97 in 100,000 - hope that helps!  :o)

It certainly dose, awaiting 2nd vaccination,  so hopefully those traffic lights stay on green, so want a bit of normality and sunshine back in our lives, good luck on your  vacination roll out.

Another week, another dose of good news. There's a pattern emerging here folks, science along with the human endeavour to be progressive and to do what it takes in winning the war against this horrible virus. The Human spirit is truly remarkable.

Nearly there.

Just had my first jab and got date for second jab in 3 weeks time!!

The sports hall in Benidorm was full of us old 'uns having jabs and there was a steady flow through. Must be doing hundreds of people each day now. Normality awaits!!

Benidorm te espera!!.....
