I'll be travelling through France to Spain, there are no restrictions on travel at all in France now so all checks have been removed. If I complete the the Spanish health form there is no one to give it too as I cross he border between France and Spain. I assume others have made this trip, what did you do?

There are no border controls on roads between France and Spain, not even a 'Welcome to Spain' sign. You don't need to do anything.

OK great, thanks very much for responding.
I second Gordon's reply. We drove to Spain in March and you only know you've crossed the border by the road signs. No tolls on Spanish side if crossing southern Spain. Avoid Paris at whatever time of day/night.

You don't need to complete the Spanish form because once you enter France you are in the Schengen area and no forms are necessary. I travelled from England to France through the Chanel tunnel and the only check before going on the train was passports. However, you should have your covid shots pass as they are necessary just in case you are asked for them.
On leaving France and entering Spain there are no checks whatsoever you will be on the Autopista and you just drive on to your destination.
I hope that this sets your mind at rest.
Barry.

Thanks very much for the information but one thing you mentioned is no longer correct, France does not require any proof of jabs, the country is completely open.

Thanks for your acknowledgement. However,, we travelled to Spain on 3rd July and the advice from the YouGov website was that you may have to prove that you have had your COVID 19 jabs. That may have changed but as I stated we were not asked for them.

A bit off subject, but having driven from Kent to Torrevieja many times via France / Toulouse / Zaragoza / Valencia we finally bit the bullet and travelled by boat from Portsmouth to Bilbao with the car when we finally moved to Torre for good a week before the first lockdown. Yes, the outlay was a bit more than by road but with the price of the tunnel and fuel in France and road tolls and an overnight stop in a hotel it was worth every penny and I wish I'd done it before. ...

I did the tunnel to Le Mans to Pau to Huesca and then Torrevieja, very enjoyable experience, no issues 2 hotels in June. Doing again in September fuel prices coming down, spain gov knocked 20 cents off a litre until end of sept. Make sure you have EU break down cover for your journey.

Yes, I used to go from Calais to Paris and on to Chartres and Chateauroux where a friend lives and stopped overnight before heading for our French house 1 hour west of Toulouse near Auch. The road from there to Huesca via the Bielsa tunnel is a doddle and obviously no toll roads anywhere. The motorway between Huesca and Valencia is perfect with lots of service areas and usually light traffic...
