They can open now but you would need to check with your Administrator as some have decided it is not possible to use them with all the restrictions and safety measures that are required and will not permit their use this year.

Our community President is stating that it costs €500 for a health certificate per month and around €10 cleaning per day. Is this correct?

Sorry but that is a load of rubbish totally  false information, there is many new rules to open  a community pool but this is not one of them,guaranteed. Yes if you employ a cleaner  to sanitize your pool three  time a day it will cost and more than 10 euros  you need to speak to your administrator.

I would definitely be speaking to the administrator about this..........doesnt seem right to me at all but would be interested to see what he comes back with?
