Car warranty problems .Help
Hello everybody hoping you are well I have a bit of a problem I wonder if anybody could help I bought a car an Audi A4 second-hand about 4 months ago after only 2 to 3 weeks it broke down it was supposed to be mended and broke down two other times since then the garage who sold it to me the car has been punting it around repair shops hoping to get it repaired I assume on the cheap they have issued a warranty engine and gearbox for one year apparently it is the gearbox it's now ended up in Bosch garage Torrevieja they have apparently located a replacement gearbox not quite sure why it needs a whole gearbox and they are ready to start the work however the garage I bought it from is dragging its feet paying the bosch garage and has now said if I pay €1,000 they will pay the rest obviously that's not on, does anyone have any suggestions maybe I suppose a solicitor or lawyer that might do deal with these type of things hoping to hear from you all many thanks John
