Exchanging Driving licence

Have an Irish/EU driving licence .it expires in August.I want to exchange it for a Spanish one .I know I need to make an appointment but which form do I fill in ,Exchange or Renew licence ?

Thank you .yes I saw that it's the form I wondering about .is it the Renewal one I use for the exchange ? That's what I reading but just looking for confirmation from someone who might know more than me .Afraid if I fill the wrong one with Spanish beauraucy they'll refuse when I get there .sorry for long winded answer.

Extract taken from body of the link sent (see below). The option you choose is Renewal.

"To exchange your licence, you must attend in person and hand in all the documentation at any main police station or traffic office. You need to book an appointment using the application form for renewal of EU/EEA licences. Make sure you request the option ‘Driving licence renewal (EU/EEA only)’ (renovación de permisos de conducción: solo UE/EEE). A fee is payable for this procedure.",,,,,

To be absolutely clear, you do have an Irish Republic driving licence not a UK NI one?

Absolutely certain Irish driving licence .I'm Irish 100% ,Irish passport ect .
