Hi all help needed I have a full hgv licence and have lost my tacho card my licence is Spanish but my tacho card was issued in UK could anyone steer me in the right direction do I apply to UK for a replacement or do I apply in spain if in spain does anyone have a link to where I apply kind regards Wayne.
I got my digital tacho card from an office of La Dirección General de Obras Públicas, Transporte y Movilidad in Alicante, by the train station. (This is a different organisation to Tráfico)
Below is a link to the application procedure. I would think you need to select "Primera emisión" if it's your first card in Spain
It was six years ago when I did mine, but I do remember that the staff were helpful. If they haven't moved in the last 6 years, the office is in Avenida Aguilera, just off the roundabout by the train station. This photo shows it.
