Hi  just wondering if I have to book an appointment or just go and wait, this is my Dad's car but he has recently passed away and I have no idea of the procedure.

Many Thanks Debbie Admi

It's best to book an appointment online, you will need the paperwork for the car. If you don't speak Spanish they will take it through for you.

It's a bit daunting but once you've done it the first time you'll wonder why you were worried :)

If the ITV has expired, unlike the UK you won't be able to drive it to the test centre.

Hi

You can book online here https://tuitv.es/cita-previa/

However, in my experience at Pilar de Horadada, the easiest thing is just to get there at opening time. I've done that a few times and got home to Playa Flamenca within the hour!

Another option is to go to your local garage and they will do the job for you, at extra cost.

Cheers

Steve

The car also needs to be insured.  If you have all the paperwork then it's very easy and as Dazz says if you're nervous or don't understand the instructions they will usually take the car through for you.
