If I don’t stay 90 days in the 180 for example I stayed 48 up to date. From 2 Sept to 1 March was my 190. How soon can I go back? Or does my new 190 days start from today? I came back to uk on 12 Feb.

The following link will take you to the official EU Commission calculator where you can make an informed decision about your time spent in the EU:

Use one of the very many Schengen calculators to work it all out.

Here's one

Here's another

And there are loads of others to work out the 90 days in 180 which is a rolling 180 so you have to count backwards.

If you stayed 48 days up to 12 Feb then you came over on Dec 26th. From today, 180 days goes back to Sept 2 2024. Every day you stay away reduces the 180 days by a day, tomorrow it will be Sept 3 2024 for example because it is a rolling 180 and not a fixed 180.

48 days after December would be 17 February, not 12th.

However, use the calculator to work out how long you have left as you don't say if you visited between September and the end of December,

Use the calculators because you have misunderstood the concept. You don't have a set 180 days, it is a rolling 180 days so in any block of 180 days you cannot be in the Schengen Zone for more than 90 of them.
If after using one of the calculators, do come back to us if you are still confused.
