And the UK if it passes the Withdrawal
Agreement into domestic law
Then it is blatantly ripping up the principle of International Law as codified in Article 27
Of the 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties
Which clearly states
A State MAY not disregard its International obligations just because its domestic allows or dictates otherwise
This is the article that hangs the UK in any
Court anywhere anytime should The Withdrawal Bill become domestic law
And shall be deployed in full by the EU
Should we choose not to abandon it by end of September
UK has not got a leg to stand on here
And if Boris continues then in International eyes the UK will become a Pariah nation
And taking another giant step down the road of becoming a FAILED state
The UK already qualifies on numerous scores in being classified as a failing State
And as A Scot who has only a holiday home in Spain and in my Business and Working life I paid many Millions in tax to the UK exchequer and most certainly not paid by me merely to end up as a citezen
Of a Failing Pariah State that openly flouts
Its International obligations of a Legal nature
And that is one the main reasons I shall take my rightful inheritance by means of Scottish Independence
And as for the resignation of the UK advocate general Westminster will soon find out NO professional Qualified in Scottish Law shall ever accept such a post
In Westminster if the act is passed
And once more by default The Act of Union will be broken
