How much are you allowed in euros

Now that brexit here i have house could someone advise is there a limit for the amount of euros I can bring from UK thanks in advance

Taking cash in and out of Great Britain.

Also large cash deposits in to a Spanish bank will be scrutinised, anything over a 1000 Euro.

Not sure but think you might be better transferring money via the likes of Transferwise (or Wise as soon to be known) to a Spanish account assuming you have one, reason being you will get stung with exchange rates for sure.

I take sterling...use a local currency exchange for euros.. then top up my Euro account at the bank..no problems asked by the bank..I get a better rate...my choosing of when to change

Hi, another option may be a Transferwise debit card, i only found out about these yesterday when they offered me one, see link below, PS i am not pushing Transferwise it just happens to be the company i have used for a few years..

Check the T&Cs at the link below but i believe this card would be far cheaper fee wise than using your UK bank card in Spain / EU.
