I did read this article previously and mention it to the solicitor but unfortunately nothing has happened as it should according to the article. It’s taking ages! I don’t know why the occupiers are being protected and the me going about his own business is having this continuous injustice done to me. 😞 I feel the only thing I can do is maybe make some noise. If anyone knows of any reporters or newspapers etc that would want to cover the story please let me know. The solicitors blame the wrong address on the court and then the council saying it’s registered in the council as such. But I know that’s not true because land registry Deeds I gave to the solicitor had the right address on it as well as the council tax bill comes to the right address! Thanks ag

If what you say is true, its so unfair the way this has worked out but it's so easy to blame the Spanish system. 

This is a clear case of incompetence and they should be taken to task over it. I mean surely the address is probably the most important thing on the documentation of this nature.

It's about time someone employed a solicitor to sue the ass off these incompetent fools.

Yes I have got another solicitor company to phone and try to find out what’s going on. At the same time I just want my apartment back and hope it doesn’t take long! But yes this is totally wrong what they done to me and either the solicitor, Ballesteros or courts are probably guilty of extreme negligence. Thanks for your support 🙏
