Hi everyone,

I am presently in Torrevejea, and looking to get a flight back to U.K. when my ninety day stay is up . The flight I am looking at will overrun me by two days of the ninety day allowance . Can anyone advise if I will be banned or fined for running over by two days

Thanks in advance

Rob

Hello

Yes it is a possibility, depends on the border force officer on the day - why take the risk, just book something a couple of  days earlier &  eliminate the concern ?

The rule does say you can stay for up to 90days.

Cheers

Hi elinspain

Thanks for information, yeah that’s exactly what I have done , I don’t want the chance of a ban for the sake of a couple of days.

Cheers
