I forgot my medication for a few weeks as I am only in Spain for a short time ( 2 months )  to be fair and I was angseiotus about going to sleep but I think that is behind me know.  Please remember that I am Dyslexic and Autistic and I amnot able to spell correctly I use correct spelling on my phone but as I learnt in the military wat is the use of the dictionary if you don't spell in the firs place.I gues the spelling and if it looks correct I click on it.

Hi...we all feel lonely here in Spain sometimes. ... unfortunately most social life is outside your own home.... loads of groups to join with like minded people. And all the charities will welcome you with open arms if you can help even a few hours a week and you will meet so many other people and feel worthwhile. Don't feel alone please... you are always needed...just go for a walk and say Hola to people you meet but you might have to meet their dogs first... they  will always home in to you. Hang on in there.

The Phoenix Solos club is for single people and meets on Monday mornings from 11.00am at The Marina Club, International Marina Puerto Deportivo, 03180 Torrevieja. There are over 110 members, some resident and others visit us when they come to Spain.
