Hi All,

I'm 30, and working remotely from Torrevieja for a few months since I have an apartment here. While I love absolutely everything about this town and Costa Blanca, it is admittedly slightly challenging to meet people around my age (27 to 35?).

Just wondering if anyone could point me to any groups or if anyone reading this post might be interested in meeting up some time? Would be nice to have some company and build a little network while I'm here. :)

Hi venkat, whilst I cannot help with your social life, being much olde and living much further north, I would advise you to be careful about remote working from here for ‘ a few months’. Forgive me if I am interfering and you or your employer have everything under control, but since Brexit you really need a work visa to operate from here. I understand that the issue of remote working may be under consideration, but I believe the rules are fairly stringent atm.

Hey Stephanie86 thanks for your concern! I'm Dutch by nationality though, so all good on that front. :)

Hi

Are you still in Torrevieja? My son is staying with me, he is 35 and finding it difficult to find people of his own age

Hi! Yes, I'm still here and have actually met a ton of people. You can ask him to reach out to me via email ([email protected]) if he's interested. :)
