Hello
Don't know whether you are living in Torrevieja or just on holiday, or whether you have transport, so I suggest you go to the information bureau in the centre of Torrevieja, by the marina. They have lots of leaflets about things to do in the local area but you need to find out what is still open or operating in these uncertain times

Hi,
You could also pop onto the web page torrevieja.com/en and if you scroll to the bottom the menu is there.

It all depends on what you are looking for and what do you expect. No red carpets, whatever you want you'll have to go for it. After living here permanently for the last 50+ years I never get bored.

The first thig is that you are lucky to be located in an area of natural beauty. Hopefully, you're mobile, because the natural path walks through the La Mata Lagoon and the Pink Lakes are great. Good for long walks or bike rides.
Elsewhere, you are surrounded by fantastic beaches, both of the sand and rocky cove variety with the lovely Mediterranean sea to admire.
Torrevieja, whilst built up and functional, is not without its charms. There's plenty to admire in the architecture and there's loads of places to eat, drink and watch the world go by.
If you have a car, La Zenia Boulevard is a haven for shoppers and people watchers alike.
The resorts of Punt Prima, Play Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Guardamar and La Marina are all within easy reach too.
There are an abundance of coastal walks and routes to enjoy.
Then inland there are many lovely towns and villages that within 15mins your back in authentic Spain.
If you like hillwalking then the mountain ranges are all within a 30 - 45 min drive.
Also, if you love the buzz of a city then Murcia, Elche and Alicante all within easy reach.
If you get bored then you're doing it wrong.
Enjoy.
