Hola what paper work is needed to fly from Russia can a Russian fly from Moscow to Istanbul then onto Alicante

are Russians then allowed to enter Spain

Whilst many EU countries have suspended visa applications from Russians, Spain still welcomes Russians travelling here for tourism:

Entry from Russia to Turkey doesn't require a visa, but a Russian would still need to apply for a visa to enter Spain:

The cost of the visa has increased to €80 and it's advised to allow a minimum of 45 days from submission of the application for the visa to be issued.

Whilst most Russians are allowed to enter Spain, Russian airlines are still banned from flying here, i.e. Aeroflot and Siberia airlines. Golden Visa applications from Russians have also been suspended.
