Why not ask Easyjet?

You are only allowed one bag. We recently flew with them and I took a small gym sack out of the bag so I could sit quickly in my seat. I was told that I could only take one bag on, so put the sack back in mt hand carry then took it out on the plane. The flight before my wife was told her handbag needs to be in her hand carry. Although we had a flight prior to that where they were less strict, but the policy is one bag.

Officially "easyJet Hand Luggage Allowance. Each passenger is allowed only one piece of hand baggage on-board. The easyJet hand luggage size is 56 x 45 x 25 cm including the wheels and any handles. There is no weight limit on cabin baggage."

I travel with easyJet over to Spain a lot with hand luggage and in most cases have been asked to put my handbag in my case when boarding but I just take it out again when on the plane have also worn a coat and put it over it that usually works

No you can't take a small suitcase and   Handbag I just came over   On the 7november   I had to pay £50 pounds because I couldn't get my bag in  the case there getting as bad as Ryan air in future  I will be traveling with jet 2 i

What's the problem with Ryan Air? They allow 2 bags

Personally I have never understood EasyJet's policy on making Passengers ram their handbag's into their cabin case (obviously a rule created by a man!) because what's the 1st thing a woman needs to do when she gets onboard the plane - Yup - extracate the handbag from the case.............otherwise you have no Kindl/book/sweets for take-off!

When I last queried the function of this ludicrous rule I was told it's for speedy boarding - how can this be true when you hold up everyone getting to their seats because you need vital elements out of the case for take-off!.................as I said ludicrous!

As we were about to board an Easyjet flight they told my wife to put her handbag in her hand carry case. To avoid causing a delay to the passengers behind us, we moved to one side and rearranged the case to fit in the handbag. We rejoined the queue and were then told there was no room for any further cases and ours would need to go in the hold. So we then had to retrieve the handbag from the case again.

On another occassion my Mother died on the morning of our return flight to the UK. We needed to stay to help and support my Father, so tried to cancel on line. It was quite difficult to do on my phone on their app, so we drove to the airport to speak to customer services and rebook a flight. No compassion at all, despite the circumstances, they would not transfer or refund our flight, and we ended up paying an additional £400+ for later flights.

Ryan only allow 2 bags if you buy their ridiculously expensive seats and priority boarding.... see below and do the maths, which may be a hazardous task as 2+2 may equal 7 when Ryanair is concerned....

Non-priority customers can only bring one small bag (40cm x 20cm x 25cm), that must fit into the sizer. If non-priority customers want to bring a second bigger bag, they can purchase a lower cost 10kg check-in bag for at time of booking online. It must be checked-in at the airport bag drop desk, prior to reaching airport security.

If you are a non-priority customer and have not already added a 10kg bag to your booking, but would like to, you can purchase one at the airport bag drop desk for a higher price.
