Hi.
I'm asking for a neighbour
The advice will be of interest to me too.
I haven't booked flights for three years,so help needed.
My neighbours have never booked flights.
Would a travel agent do this for the,and possibly next year,us too.

They need help right away,as someone is terminally ill in the uk.

Go on Skyscanner and search for flights.
Without more specific info in terms of departure and arrival airports it's difficult to offer anymore meaningful advice.
If you are travelling only with hand luggage, Ryanair will almost certainly be cheapest but they don't serve everywhere and often the flight times can be somewhat antisocial!

I was wondering if Rosa's Travel in Quesada would do it for them.
They don't use technology at all,so wouldn't know where to begin?

Clearly, as you are on this bulletin board so you have a degree of tech savviness so why don’t you just sort the flights etc on their behalf, print boarding passes etc?

Rosas do flights,I have checked.
My last flights three years ago,a neighbour did for us.
I eventually managed to do our boarding passes.
This man is visiting his terminally ill friend,and travelling with a wife who has an illness also.
If I was to inadvertently 'cock' things up for them,it would be a disaster.
I'm more than happy to pay a fee to Rosas in January for two flights,and I'm sure for their peace of mind,they won't mind paying either.

I can understand that - especially if there are also certain needs/requirements outside of the ordinary that the airline needs to assist with.
The one thing I fear is that irrespective of the best laid out plans etc, it is still ultimately at the behest of the airlines who could make changes to flight times (as Ryanair just did with me - albeit I actually prefer the new time 😂).

There is a newsagents called With Love in Quesada. It’s just across from Rosas, near the petrol station. They will do your booking for you, they are very helpful and are English. The phone number is +34 865481601, open until 5pm. I can recommend them as they booked flights for me last year.
