I flew with Ryanair 2 weeks ago, they are really strict now, you can pay for cabin luggage to fit in an overhead locker or else the carry on bag has to fit in their bag measure frame to ensure it will go under the seat, I have seen people removing the wheels from the cases to make them fit in the bag measure frame and even saw someone remove all the contents of a case and leave the case behind so not to pay the extra charge, double check the current allowable size for Ryanair as it does vary from airline to airline apparently

We travel with Ryanair a lot from Edinburgh to Alicante. They are really strict at Alicante for some reason. We see lots of people being asked to try and fit their bag in the frame they have at the gate. Especially to younger 1’s on their way back from Benidorm! But not only them. They do still check some at Edinburgh but it doesn’t seem to as often. The small under seat bag has to be 40x20x25cm which is quite small when you see it.

I would really like name of case  or where from you purchased it.

Sorry for troubling you again.

This 1 has wheels.

Flight Knight Lightweight 4 Wheel ABS Hard Case Suitcases Cabin Carry On Hand Luggage Approved for Over 100 Airlines Including British Airways, easyJet & Maximum Size for Ryanair 40x20x25cm https://amzn.eu/d/fEHwXmp

By the time you take of the space for the wheels this case is going to be very small.
