What is legal and legitimate way of removing 🤔 a large Palm tree, it is a source of friction with neighbours
It is on a Private owned Property owner is advancing in years, has mentioned they would like to move, our opinion too much work and expenses to maintain 2 palm trees, 1 very large, 1 small,

There are almost 100 houses on our urb.
There are only four. Trees left.
No one asked anyone's permission,not even our president
Eight years ago we paid 150€ for cutting down.
Would have been 250€ if had thr roots taken out.
Our gardener is Pepe.

Sounds to me like a neighbour doesn't like the palms and trying to pull a fast on an ageing owner using excuse "can maintain and wants to move"??

With all the problems in the area with the palm weevil it is a good idea to get rid of it in case it's infested and falls on someone. I got another contact from Quesada Forum. They usually charge by the metre. Vasily from SunnyGarden did a good job cutting our 2 palms. Call or whatsapp +34662448565.

Some of neighbours are willing to help out with costs within reason,,It is destroying a boundary wall, not too mention Berries 10 of thousands of them, They are hard work, and require regular trimming

With the terrible tragedy that happened on the 905 last week,all trees should be checked.
