Hi There is a hornets nest in my neighbours property (that looks pretty derelict) and is vacant, can anyone tell me who to contact to get rid of it ?

I imagine the owner, but I'm  sure you would not be asking if you had contact details. Wasps & hornets die-off in the Autumn with only fertile queens surviving to breed the following year so you might wait it out if you can. The other option is to contact the council, but as it's on private property, that might rule them out of clearing it due to trespass.
