Hi

We have seen a property that we quite like on banos de europa. The urbanisation looks clean and well kept. I’d like to ask people’s views on the area, bars, shops, ex pat community?? Any advice would be welcome.

Thank you

We live next to Banos de Europa.

Have lived here almost 9 years now.

Lots of bars, and Restaraunts close by,some have seen better days, but they do get busy.

Good bus service into town.

within walking distance of Carrefour,Mercadona,Habaneros, and some Spanish shops.

Quiet area.

We have always felt safe, day, and night.

Cinema 10 mins drive away, not sure about English films though?

Some urbs get noisy in summer, especially if your Casa is near the pool,as ours is.

Pretty central for everything.

There are 2 schools here.

Many nationalitys here, and lots of ex pats too.

Good luck.

Thank you for the information. Really good to know. We have just paid the deposit! Excited and nervous at the same time. Pam

Hi Pam

I bought my home in Banos de Europa last February and I love it. Loads of English speaking neighbours. Luckily the pool is sealed off and shuts quite early, so not loads of noise.

I'm using my home for holidays as still work full time.

Hope this helps

Jane

My home will also be the same for myself, my children and grandchildren.

God bless you and many years of laughter there

We bought in Banos de Europa fase 1 last Summer. We have stayed twice since and will be staying later this week. We have been really pleased with the purchase. Positives are; beautiful pool area, very quiet and peaceful (not experienced the Summer though), well kept and clean, excellent bus service nearby, great for access to the cycleway/yellow brick road, close proximity to the pink lake and some great bars and restaurants close by. The positives far outweigh any negatives. You will not regret your purchase I am sure. All the best.

Hi there.

I'm Fase 111 and right next to yellow brick road and amazing pool. Were so lucky to have our homes. I bought mine a year ago and have stayed there 4 times already in 2023 and got 3 flights booked from now untill end of June 2023. I'm planning on finding friends close by to enjoy Torrevieja with
