Visiting Torrevieja in one weeks time for 10 days. Currently reading Jim’s Property Purchase Guide. It’s very detailed, full of excellent info. I’m getting cold feet now, it’s all a bit overwhelming! I/ we will be looking at property with J&M Costa Blanca and Idealista for starters. I/we don’t want to be pressured into anything and will be looking at several areas on our own too. I’m sure there are plenty of smaller estate agents there too. Any advise would be greatly appreciated! (We previously bought a house in la Marina many years ago, used Barclays Properties who did everything for us and were excellent )

Looking forward to hearing from Forum!

Hi, I can highly recommend Tracey and Rob at Orange Casas, they really listen to what ‘you’ want, and also have patience of a saint, just read there reviews. I bought in La Siesta last year, it’s a nice little area and not to far from everything, good luck with your search, 😁👍

I highly recommend Zoe Humphries, a lovely friendly  Scottish lady, who specialises in helping people find the area and property that suits them , independently of any estate agents.
